Drive anywhere but watch out for those condiments…!

Yesterday morning we both got up early and we went to see a woman called Helen Tilby who is a Reflexologist and Bowen Therapy specialist.
I had met her when I went to a Faerie workshop with a mutual friend. She was the lady who told me I was going to have 2 girls.
Anyway, so we arrived at her house and we both went into her room and I was going to have the reflexology first, so I had a foot spa and then laid on the bed while she massaged my feet. She found that I had pads over my lungs which were emotional, causing my asthma. She also found some problems with my stomach and kidneys, which I already know about but didn’t tell her. She also did some bowen therapy for my ovaries, when she touched my feet on the points for ovaries, fallopian tubes, and uterus, i just about jumped through the roof it was SO painful. She did it on both feet and I nearly cried from the pain. After massaging it for a few minutes then going back and massaging abit more, the pain lessened and started to feel better.
I started to get a headache and feel nauseated and she kept giving me water to drink because my body was getting rid of the toxins that had built up. I kept having to get off the bed and go to the loo, but that is a really good sign that it’s working well. Soon after that my ovaries started to feel like they were fluttering around and then I started to have a period, I had only finished my period the day before that!
She also found that my spine was out of alignment and she told me the correct posture for standing and she helped massage the spine points on my feet but it was SO painful again.
After I went home my headache came back, I felt sick, my lung point on my foot was tingling and my leg was aching, but overnight it went. I’ve also had bowel movement, fluttering ovaries again today and a bit of nausea. Helen said it takes about 3 days for it all to go through the system after having a treatment so at least I know that something is going on in my body.
Yasu had his problems fixed, his hips were out of balance, one leg longer than the other, spine was out of alignment, but most of his problems were musculur and hadn’t been around for long, whereas mine were skeletal and had been around for many years, which take more time to fix.
Helen does a bowen therapy for falling pregnant, it’s called Hormonal Bowen, so when I come back from Japan I have booked in with her to have that done. It will make the organs work better and clear out any of the toxins left over in the endocrine system. The back and the ovaries work together, so because I have problems in my back area, it’s affecting the way my female organs are working. Helen told me to massage the area on my foot where she did, while I am in Japan, so that I can stimulate the ovaries/uterus/fallopian tubes. She also gave me some exercises to do while I’m there, and she showed me a great trick for having a bowel movement, elevating your feet when sitting on the toilet, as in having them on a stool with your thighs level, means that it is easier for the bowel to move and get rid of waste.
She also told me to say “SSSSsssss” like a snake, because when the body makes this noise, it helps the organs drop down into their proper place. So I’m going to practice saying SSSSsss when I think of it.
So I had a really great day and the 3 hours zoomed by. Helen is a very special lady, and she has such a wealth of knowledge! She has been doing it for 30 odd years, and I am looking forward to going back after I get home. She uses the Chinese Meridian Therapy as well for some of the points, just like acupuncture, in fact, some of the places she pushed were the same places I had acupuncture a few months ago.

But I won’t let it get me down. I’m still my happy chappy self. :)
It’s important in this world to make sure you don’t let other unhappy people drag you down to their level. If they have a problem it’s theirs, and theirs alone.
Today I cracked out the Mango Kit Kat and gave it a whirl for my snack blog.
I also tried to pack all the goodies I’m taking to Japan in a couple of bags, Yasu will take one and I will take the other. I got some more fabric softener for my sister in law, I’m taking it with me, hopefully she likes the scent, and they are two different brands, not sure they have that brand in Japan, or not.
I took a pic of this rainy rainy weather from the front of our house too.
Oh and Yasu called to tell me he won’t finish work til 7pm so our dinner had to be cancelled because by the time he gets home, gets changed and goes, it will be about 8:30pm by the time we get there. I then made arrangements to meet on Sunday afternoon for coffee, but Yasu informed me he already made plans to throw the ball with a friend so that’s fine with me, I’ll go to the city and get some stuff and have a coffee too. haha. :)
A friend also told me today that her daughter has been diagnosed with the Swine Flu virus, which is scary. On top of that she’s got whooping cough, so she’s been very sick. They live about an hour away from me, so I keep in touch by email and facebook, luckily I haven’t had contact with them recently, because I don’t want to fly with the possibility of having it, but I’m sending lots of healing their way and hoping C recovers soon! :)
So, yeah, that’s my day happy people! TGIF if you know what I mean!
On a spur of the moment today a friend asked me to do a card reading by email for her so she could get clarity in a situation she was currently in.
I also felt guided to do card readings for a few other friends by email, and then finally myself.
I will be offering card readings from my new website, which I’m still working on.
Guess what cards I pulled out?
Travel – This card shows that you’ll soon be travelling to an important destination where you’ll learn and grow through new experiences and discoveries. Perhaps you’ll visit a spiritual power place, or meet a significant person, or even find a new place of residence. Revive your relationship with a loved one with a vacation. Push yourself out of your comfort zone.
New Career - You have been sent this card in answer to your dreams and desires about your career. The universe is responding to your spoken and silent desires to have a fulfilling and meaningful profession. This is a reminder to keep your thoughts positive and continue to take guided action steps, such as getting additional education, networking with people in the industry you’d like to work in, updating and sending out your marketing materials, and engaging in creative pursuits. Your business idea will be successful. Trust and follow your intuition about your career. Your financial situation is improving.
Debt Paid Off - This card signifies an impressive shift in your financial situation. You’ve made the clear decision to be free of old debts and the universe has responded in kind. You’re presented with new opportunities to reduce your debts, including new avenues of income, and inner guidance about reducing non-essential spending. As you follow these leads your financial situation is rapidly improving. Question each expenditure to to see if it’s really necessary, or just an impulsive purchase. Know that you deserve to be, and can be, debt free. Resolve to initiate new spending habits – pay cash for everything, and if you don’t have the cash, don’t buy it.
All three of these cards were really relative to my situation at the moment too!
Happy Friday people!
Light and Love,
Kelly xx
Went to H.I.S today to get Yasu and my JR passes. A Japanese guy girl walked in before me and a staff member called out irasshaimase! Then I walked in there was silence, no one called out anything. After me, a Japanese guy walked in and there was an irasshaimase.
What bugs me is that both those people walked out without buying anything. I walked out having spent $743 and I didn’t get the same courtesy awarded to me as they did. Okay it’s primarily a ‘Japanese’ company, but they’re here in Perth which means anyone can use their business.
When I sat down the guy said, ‘how did you know our company?’ and I said that we had used his company last time we went to Japan. That seemed to sate his curiosity.
They weren’t rude to me, I just wish that it wasn’t so glaringly obvious that I’m not ‘welcome’ when I walk in the door. They feel welcome enough to take my money though, obviously.
