		<description><![CDATA[I made this last night, it&#8217;s a favourite in our house. I really love the flavours after it has been simmering away, it kind of just melts in the mouth.
Ingredients (Serves 4)
Half a pumpkin (I used the butternut pumpkin for this)
1¼ cups of water
3 Tbsp sugar
½ tsp salt
2 Tbsp mirin
